We process personal data exclusively in accordance with the GDPR and the Austrian Data Protection Act. This overview explains what data is collected when you use our platform, what it is used for, and what rights you have.
When you use our website and platform, we process: information from contact and inquiry forms (name, email address, phone number, company name), technical data such as IP address, browser type, operating system, and device identifier, as well as usage data regarding interactions with our pages. If you use our software, we also store inventory data of your IT devices, configuration profiles, and maintenance logs – this data remains separate from your personal contact details.
Your data is used to respond to inquiries, prepare and execute contracts for our IT management platform, provide technical support services, and inform you about changes to our services. The legal bases are Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR (contract performance), lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in improving our services), as well as your consent under lit. a, which you can revoke at any time.
Our website uses only technically necessary cookies that are required to provide the page. In addition, we use an anonymized analysis tool that helps us understand which content is relevant for IT managers. This tool does not store personal data and does not create user profiles. You can object to the analysis at any time without restricting the functionality of the website.
Your data is only transmitted to third parties if this is necessary for contract performance. This includes hosting providers that operate our servers, as well as email and form providers for communication. All service providers are contractually obligated to comply with the GDPR. No transfer to third countries takes place. We do not sell data and do not pass on data for advertising purposes.
We store contact data from inquiries for the duration of processing and subsequently for the legally required retention periods of seven years for business documents. Inventory and configuration data from the platform is deleted as soon as the contract ends or you request deletion. Analysis and log data is automatically anonymized after no more than twelve months.
You have the right to access the data we store, to rectify inaccurate data, to erasure, to restriction of processing, as well as to data portability. Consent granted can be revoked at any time with effect for the future. You can submit complaints to the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna). For all concerns, you can reach us at info@assembletonpc.com or by phone at 0680 8605867.
