These terms govern the use of the Enterprise Computing Integration platform. They describe the rights and obligations of both parties as well as the limits of our responsibility.
ECI provides software for planning, integrating, and managing workstation systems. The platform supports hardware inventory, device configuration, maintenance cycles, and IT resource management. The specific functions depend on the scope of services booked in each case.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you provide. Access credentials must be treated as confidential. Changes to the system configuration should only be made by authorized persons. Please note that improper interventions may impair the stability of your IT environment.
We strive to ensure high availability of the platform. Scheduled maintenance windows will be announced in advance. We assume no liability for outages caused by force majeure, network disruptions, or third-party systems beyond our control. Please verify the suitability of the software for your specific operations before concluding the contract.
ECI is liable for damages only in cases of intent or gross negligence. We are liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss only to the extent that they were caused by our fault. Further liability is excluded unless mandatory legal provisions stipulate otherwise.
Use begins with the activation of your access. Both parties may terminate the agreement with one month's notice to the end of the month. Upon termination, your data will be exported upon request and subsequently deleted. We recommend creating regular backup copies yourself.
We adjust these terms when legal framework conditions or the scope of services change. We will inform you of significant changes by email to the address on file. If you do not object within six weeks, the new terms will be deemed accepted.
